Eden district
Construction of the new Eden District project has started on the historic Lloyd Pier in Rotterdam. Boats used to leave from this location to the Indies, in a few months you will find a beautiful apartment complex with a quiet and comfortable courtyard. We realized the mono source with source installation on behalf of Eneco.
Living with a view of the Maas
The project is being realized in sub-plans, these are the Riverside and Waterfront sub-plans. The homes in Riverside have beautiful outdoor spaces, a mezzanine or loggia. The apartments are spacious and flexible in layout. If you buy an apartment in Waterfront, you have a beautiful view over the lively Schiehaven or the beautiful courtyard. All apartments overlook the Maas, the view of the water is never boring.
Sustainable living
Sustainability is an important point in this project and attention is paid to it in many ways. The project will be delivered EPC 0 and the architects have taken the initiative to build Eden District with partially recycled bricks.
Dubotechniek has created a mono source here with a source installation. The heating comes from Eneco's own district heating network. The source unit contains a 1300 liter switch tank and the connection of a dry cooler that is placed on the roof. We will drill the wells around October/November this year. Our skid is expected to go in and be installed in Q3 2021.
